Regional Capacity Center for Clean Seas (RC3S) in collaboration with Indonesian Maritime Youths (Maritim Muda Nusantara) invites you to attend the Regional Clean Seas Youth Forum (RECSYF) 2021 with the theme “Connected and Capable Youth for Collaborative Clean Seas Actions” which aims to connect youth and build their capacity at the regional level for contributing collaboratively to the reduction and mitigation of land-based sources of marine pollution,  which will be held on :
