The International Blue Economist Certification Training Course – Batch 12 is officially announced as part of an ongoing effort to strengthen professional capacity in the national and global maritime industry. This certification program is designed to equip participants with comprehensive knowledge and strategic insights into the blue economy, supporting sustainable development and innovation across the maritime sector.
The program offers a range of Blue Economist specializations, including Blue Carbon, Blue Circular Economy, Blue Data Intelligence, Blue Energy, Blue Finance, Blue Food, Blue Farming, Blue Port, and Blue Shipping, allowing participants to customize their learning pathway according to their professional focus and industry needs.
As part of the program launch, a special Early Bird registration rate is available for participants who register between 1–10 February 2026. The training will be delivered fully online, with the Foundation Level scheduled for 25 February 2026, followed by the Specialization Level from 3–6 March 2026, where each specialization will be conducted in a dedicated one-day session. All sessions will take place via Zoom from 08.00 to 17.00 (GMT+7).
Through this certification program, participants are expected to enhance their competencies and contribute meaningfully to the advancement of a sustainable, inclusive, and globally competitive maritime economy.
